Jurnal Muassis Pendidikan Dasar is dedicated to maintaining the highest ethical standards in defining authorship and contributorship. Jurnal Muassis Pendidikan Dasar strictly aligns its policies with the ethical principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

2. Criteria for Authorship

To qualify as an author of a manuscript submitted to Jurnal Muassis Pendidikan Dasar, an individual must fulfill all four of the following criteria:

  1. Substantial Contribution: Made significant contributions to the conceptualization, design, data collection, empirical analysis, or interpretation of data for the study.

  2. Drafting or Critical Revision: Participated actively in drafting the manuscript or critically revising it for important intellectual content.

  3. Final Approval: Reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript prior to submission and formal publication.

  4. Accountability: Agreed to be accountable for all aspects of the work, ensuring that questions related to the accuracy, integrity, or ethical compliance of any part of the study are appropriately investigated and resolved.

Note: Administrative support, acquisition of funding, provision of laboratory or kitchen/hotel facilities, or general supervision of the research group alone does not justify authorship.

3. Contributorship and Acknowledgments

Individuals who contributed to the research project or manuscript preparation but do not meet all four authorship criteria should be listed in the Acknowledgments section, subject to their written consent.

Examples of contributions eligible for acknowledgment include:

  1. A clear written explanation detailing the reason for the requested change.

  2. Written confirmation (via email or signed agreement) from all listed authors, including any author being added or removed.

Changes are subject to editorial review and approval. In cases of unresolved authorship disputes, Jurnal Muassis Pendidikan Dasar reserves the right to suspend processing or refer the matter to the authors' affiliated institutions.

6. Equal Contributions

Where two or more authors have contributed equally to the research work, this may be indicated in the published article using an appropriate footnote (e.g., "These authors contributed equally to this work"). The corresponding author must notify the Editorial Board of this designation upon manuscript submission.

7. Unethical Authorship Practices
